Description

For years, growing startups have announced that they are recruiting hundreds to signal their ambition to venture capitalists and raise funds. The growth of their workforce then makes them face significant managerial and cultural challenges. Today, startups have become commonplace. Some become more “tangible”. Meanwhile, "classic" companies are increasingly aligning themselves with startups, for example in terms of telecommuting. It is a question of diversifying recruitment and turning, in particular, to older workers. Since Silicon Valley has ceased to be a model, we must now invent our own, European, multicultural and multilingual so as not to confine ourselves to its own backyard.
