 2. Type of data collected – Purposes and legal basis of the processing 

The provision of personal information collected as part of registration for the event, such as name, first name, function, company, email address, telephone number, IP address, etc., via the forms provided on the website www.360grandest.fr and indicated by an asterisk, is necessary to respond to your message or request, unless it is indicated as optional. In addition, this information is also collected for the purposes of managing and monitoring registration for the proposed event and its various modules. Thus, your data is processed primarily for the following purposes:

  •  Responding to your message or request 
  •  managing your registration for events organized by Grand Est Développement to which you have subscribed;
  •  managing your subscription to the Grand Est Développement newsletter, if you have subscribed to it;
  •  managing and distributing the list of roundtable participants to the speakers, if you have given your consent; 

The collection of personal data is therefore based on a contractual basis and on the legitimate interest of the data controller.

 3. Data recipients 

This information is subject to computer processing, under the responsibility of Grand Est Développement, and is intended for the Agency and its partners or subcontractors responsible for responding to your message or request. 

Regarding the personal data of professional participants (company, organization, ...), it may be transmitted to the event sponsors (see the list https://www.360grandest.fr/partners) for commercial prospecting purposes.

Regarding the personal data of participants in the Job Open Night, the data will be transferred to jenesuisPASunCV, a subcontractor concerning the organization of the Job Open Night.

Your data is not transferred outside the territory of the European Union. 

In addition, the data collected is also likely to be transferred to third-party service providers or subcontractors responsible in particular for hosting, storage, IT maintenance, database management or the provision of applications to organize and manage events. 

In all these cases, these third parties are bound by the same obligations in terms of personal data protection and the same security and confidentiality obligations as Grand Est Développement. 

4. Networking on the platform 

By activating networking, you will be able to get in touch with partners as well as other participants. We will suggest contacts who share your interests or who can answer your questions. By authorizing networking, other participants will only have access to the following information: first name, last name, function and company. They will only be able to contact you through this application.

5. Retention period 

In accordance with Article 6, 5° of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, personal data is not kept in a form allowing identification for longer than the period necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed, namely 3 years from the year of registration. 

This information is also kept in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. 

 6. Exercise of the rights of individuals 

In accordance with European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data and the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, portability and limitation of the processing of data concerning you as well as the right to communicate instructions on the fate of your data after your death.
