Organized by UGAP and led by two holders of their consulting market, this workshop will give rise to 2 sequences:  PwC will speak on the theme of skills, a major subject at the heart of the economic challenges of the territories: faced with the demographic evolution to come and the growing needs of companies, particularly in industry, skills occupy an increasingly important place central role in public policies designed to support the development of economic actors. Through concrete examples of missions carried out on this subject, Astrid L'Ange and François Cartier Laurin suggest that you understand how to respond to this problem.  Eurogroup will speak on the theme of the HR attractiveness of the public service. Mickael Cascino and Cyrille Desmaret will address the following points: o Seduce because attractiveness is at the heart of the concerns of public employers o Seduce because HR challenges are shared by all organizations o key levers of attractiveness and loyalty identified with public actors o key levers & a methodological approach centered on the individual o The employer brand as a "revealer" of [employer practices] o Think about the “agent” experience throughout the agent’s career… to work on your [employer promise]
