A graduate of Sciences PO Strasbourg, Deputy Mayor of Paris, project director or president of the largest public water company in France, my professional career has been marked by the design and implementation of policies and programs for ecological transition. At the Grand Est Region, I foreshadow the community's future renewable energy investment tool, to accelerate the deployment of renewable energies but also to promote public and citizen projects, more rooted in the territories.
