Competitive analysis, detection of commercial opportunities, supplier sourcing, management of its purchasing strategy, monitoring… The opening of essential public procurement data (DECP) and its exploitation opens the way to new tools for the development of companies, public buyers and territories.
Through cross-views between economic developers and public buyers, this sequence will review the opportunity that DECPs constitute, the new uses that result from them and the concrete perspectives for the territorial actors of the Grand Est.
On this occasion, the Grand Est Regional Public Procurement Observatory will be inaugurated, a new operational tool serving the region's stakeholders, developed with the support of the Grand Est Region.
