Léon Grosse Energies Renouvelables is:
• We are independent and claim it! LG EnR is a 100% integrated subsidiary of the Léon Grosse family ETI. 2000 employees, 650M€ turnover and 300M€ cash.
• LG EnR operates as a Third-Party Investor (possibility of reasoning occasionally in EPC), and adapts to customer strategies according to their Capex/Opex that can be mobilized. We are in both cases in Design Realization + O&M Maintenance Operation.
• We link up the national territory to be as close as possible to our customers and their projects: 25 people dedicated to renewable energy internally + 40 Léon Grosse agencies.
• Development via a network of local agencies on energy transition products (Photovoltaic, Bollards, Wood boiler, etc.)
• An internal design office with a strong growth project for the years to come
• A desire to offer our end customers a quality service (technical, financial and environmental)
Projects that we analyze by typologies:
• Parking shades
o Area >1500 m² places ~ 100 places (double comb ideally)
o Self-consumption with at least 1 GWh of annual consumption
• Roof
o New roof or PV ready
o Area >2500 m² ~ 250 kWp minimum
o Self-consumption with at least 750 MWh of annual consumption
• Plant on the ground
o In addition to roof or shade installation depending on available land
o Unless project with significant land (Minimum 5000 m²)
