As part of an ambitious digital development plan led by the grand est region, very high speed broadband is now accessible in all areas. digital technology is a lever for the development and resilience of the regions, which local authorities should embrace for the benefit of their users. energy, water, public lighting, the environment, risk management, security, etc. are all public policies that digital technology can help improve and optimise in order to maximise their impact and services to users.
