Lilian JOLY, university professor at URCA associated with a university chair and a second ANR industrial chair. His research activities at the interface between spectroscopy and atmospheric sciences are at the heart of societal issues related to greenhouse gas emissions. He is responsible for the AEROLAB research and innovation center which aims to provide expertise and solutions for the monitoring and analysis of atmospheric emissions (urban, agricultural, industrial, etc.) at different spatio-temporal scales.
