Coming from a general course, IEP, I spent thirty years in metallurgy companies. It was an aging industry. For me, it quickly became obvious that it was absurd to receive ore from the end of the world when the European urban mine was not exploited for strategic metals. From then on, our objective was to build a French champion in the production of strategic metals from our waste. In tandem with Christian Thomas, polytechnic engineer, we built the Sanou Koura project
