Cheffe de Projet Plan Climat, Direction des Transitions Energie Climat

Description

Nathalie Leclerc is a chemical engineer by training with a specialization in the environment. His experience within ATMO Grand Est, Association for monitoring air quality in the Grand Est Region for twenty years has enabled him to understand the Air-Climate-Energy-Health issues in a transversal way via numerous projects carried out on the territory with local authorities, institutional partners (ADEME, Region, DREAL, etc.) but also at national level, particularly on the theme of indoor air quality (ANSES expert, member of the Scientific Council of the National Observatory of indoor air quality) and cross-border (Interreg Upper Rhine project). In line with the general interest missions carried out within ATMO Grand Est, Nathalie joined the Strasbourg Eurometropolis in 2018 to contribute to the development of the local authority's climate, air and energy plan. Currently attached to the Energy Climate Transitions Department, she works within the ‘climate steering and finance’ department which aims to accelerate the deployment of ecological transformation towards a resilient territory on the path to carbon neutrality.
