Description
After studying economics, a 13-year expatriation to Germany in the service of a German energy company enabled him to hold various positions, particularly in the field of industrial cooperation and change management.
She joined EDF in 2012 and then carried out deployment missions for the Group Employer Brand in the Grand Est Region.
She is now in charge of Employment/Skills issues within the EDF Grand Est Regional Action Department and as such implements national HR policies in the region while coordinating the Group's actions in terms of attractiveness, training, orientation and sourcing in response to the challenges of the various business sectors. It also liaises with private/public players in these different fields.
