After more than 25 years at the service of the economic and strategic development of family businesses as well as large international groups, I do not imagine my activity as a profession to be exercised but much more as a commitment to live and a vision to carry. My years of experience in Human Resources have given me the certainty that employment is today more than ever at the center of everyone's concerns. The job we have, the one we are looking for, the one we are training for and the one that remains to be created.
